Once the dome is bolted to the Dome Support Ring, all that remains is installation of the front and top shutter segments. The temporary spacers have served their purpose and can be removed. Here the shutter assembly is being tested for smooth operation. The shutter segments are heavy, but fit properly and operate as designed.
